ATSY PALMER is a walking advertisement for her new video. She had to take 12 weeks of bedrest after a caesarean delivery but as soon as the doctors allowed she began a light training plan devised by fitness expert Lindsey Higgs. "There are some bits I couldn't do at first, like press-ups,'' recalls the 28-year-old actress, "but we left that in the video to show that I'm a normal mum like anyone else. With her down-to-earth presenting style, it feels like she's one of us - going through the same agony. "There's a huge market for fitness videos because people feel insecure going to the gym," she says.
